In July 2024, we notified you about the prohibition of stalking and other behavior, but we would like to ask for your cooperation again as we continue to see nuisance behavior and slander against our artists.

These actions have a significant impact on our artists, staff, and other fans, and we cannot overlook this. We ask you to once again refrain from the following types of nuisance and slander:

[Examples of nuisance and slander]

Behavior while traveling or in public facilities

● Acts such as ambushing or chasing people on the street, at airports, train stations, hotels, or in front of stores, taking photographs or videos without permission, cheering or calling out names, etc.

● Identifying and attempting to contact public transport used by artists

● Following or contacting the vehicle of an artist

● Involving in transactions to obtain artist transportation information, purchasing tickets for the purpose of riding on the same public transportation system

● Staying in airport lobbies, near security checkpoints, in lounges, in front of boarding gates, etc., obstructing the passage of artists and other passengers

Social media and online behavior

● Spreading an artist's private information

● Collecting, disseminating, or trading information that promotes nuisance activities

● Defamation, threats, and invasion of privacy

● Disseminating or trading photos or videos taken secretly at live shows or events where photography is prohibited

● Illegal uploading of content that is sold for a fee, such as streaming videos

Other nuisances

● Repeated verbal abuse or intimidation of staff, or ignoring warnings

● Ambushing, following, or contacting artists at their work locations

● Visiting company premises or related facilities without prior permission

● Any other actions that violate or may violate laws and regulations

1) Strengthening monitoring of nuisance behavior on social media and online

2) Establishment of a reporting system and strengthening of cooperation with external specialized agencies such as the police

If malicious nuisance behavior or slander on social media or online is confirmed based on the above countermeasures,

After consulting with all relevant parties, we plan to take decisive action, including consulting with and reporting to the police and taking legal action.
