◎Sales numbers are limited. Please note that some items may sell out.
◎We are unable to accept product samples at the sales counter.
◎As there are many sales counters, there may be a time difference when it comes to notification of sold out products. Even after you place your order, if the product is sold out, you may not be able to purchase it.
◎If the product is sold out, we will inform you through the product POP, but please note that there will be a time difference in the information.
◎If the item in question is sold out, we may issue a refund.
◎Please note that the OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK does not come with batteries.

◎Staying up all night at the venue or in the vicinity of the venue, gathering from late at night, or making noise are strictly prohibited as they will disturb the neighborhood.
◎Even if you form your own line before the line-up start time, that line will be invalidated. Staff will guide you when forming a line.
◎Cutting into the line or running when the line starts is extremely dangerous and is strictly prohibited.
◎We may issue numbered tickets depending on how crowded the venue is.
◎The entrance line start time and the entrance queue/waiting area may change depending on the weather and other conditions on the day. Please note that the entrance method may also change without notice depending on the operational situation. In the event of any changes, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff.
◎Only customers who intend to purchase merchandise or OFFICIAL LIGHT STICKs will be allowed to line up in the queue. We ask that accompanying persons wait outside the sales area. Please refrain from meeting in the entrance queue.
